Engagement pricing is calibrated for the size and shape of work we typically deliver. It is not arbitrary. If you have a smaller version of one of these problems, we'll scope a smaller version of the work. If your situation is more complex, we'll scope it accordingly. We do not negotiate the methodology; we do scope the work to fit.
Your strategy, your assets, your workflows, your infrastructure — all yours, fully documented, fully transferable. We do not lock client work behind proprietary platforms. The Fractional CMO engagement specifically is designed to graduate — typically twelve to eighteen months in, the client either internalises the function or moves to a lighter-touch advisory relationship.
The most common engagement shape involves an existing marketing function. The Fractional CMO works alongside in-house marketers and external agencies, providing the senior strategic layer those teams typically lack. We are not replacing your team; we are giving them direction and accountability.
